What a business like this can have running on its own
Six jobs the owner usually does by hand, and what a system built for that business does instead.
Being found: services and prices written so Google and AI search show the business for the right questions. Enquiries: a reply drafted within minutes, day or night, from facts the owner wrote once. Bookings and reminders: they run on their own, with the owner told only when something needs a decision. Content: one useful post or page a fortnight, drafted from the owner's own work. Getting paid: invoices chased at 7, 14 and 21 days, without the owner having to remember. The numbers: a private dashboard, fed by the tools the business already uses, so the week's figures are there without opening a spreadsheet.
