What a business like this can have running on its own
Six jobs the owner usually does by hand, and what a system built for that business does instead.
Being found: pages for each job and suburb, written so the AI answer at the top of Google shows the business, and kept up to date. Quotes: website and phone enquiries turned into a filled job sheet with photos, and a quote drafted the same day. The day before: the customer gets the arrival window, and their reply lands on the tradie's phone. Getting paid: invoices chased at 7, 14 and 21 days, without the owner having to remember. Reviews: a review request the evening after each finished job. The numbers: what is booked, done and still owed, pulled from quotes, jobs and invoices onto one private page.
