Service reminders: a text goes out when each car's service is due, worked out from its last visit. Approvals: quote approvals by text, with a photo of the part. Logistics: loan car and pick-up times confirmed the day before. Reviews: a review request the evening the car goes home. The numbers: cars through, average invoice and parts margin, drawn from the workshop system onto one private page.
