Being found: products and stock on the website in a form Google Shopping and AI search can read. New stock: announced to the customer list the day it lands, with photos from the shop floor. Special orders: tracked, and the customer told the moment it arrives. Socials: product photos turned into posts and stories in the shop's voice. Questions: "do you have it in a size 10" answered from live stock, day or night. The numbers: sales by line and the stock that is not moving, straight from the point of sale, on a page only the owner sees.
