What a business like this can have running on its own
Six jobs the owner usually does by hand, and what a system built for that business does instead.
Being found: service pages and articles that answer the questions clients search before they call, written so the AI answer at the top of Google shows the firm. Enquiries: an enquiry form turned into a filled brief and a booked first call. Documents: collected from clients with reminders until the file is complete. Content: one useful article or client note a fortnight, drafted from the firm's own work. LinkedIn: posts drafted from the firm's own articles, for the owner to approve. The numbers: hours, work in progress and overdue invoices on a private dashboard fed by time and billing.
